Seller Questions

Section 01:Registration & Account Information
In order to create a store at Klickmall, you’ll have to do the following
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page
  2. Select “Register” as Business
  3. Fill out the form and provide your personal and business details
  4. Submit your information and wait for Klickmall’s approval
  5. Once approval is received, you can now start adding your products and services. :
A business is eligible to create a store at Klickmall, if:
  1. The owner has a commercial registration number (Enterprise)
  2. The owner doesn’t have a commercial registration (Individual)
  3. The account owner is 21 years or older
  4. The account owner has agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. The business trades in legitimate merchandise
  6. The business operates in Bahrain
In order to login to your store at Klickmall, you need to:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page
  2. Select “Login” as Business
  3. Type your email address and password
If you’re not signed in:
  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column
  3. Write your new password
  4. Save your changes
If you’re already signed in, then:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column of the page
  4. Check the “Change Password” option
  5. Write your old password then your new password
  6. Save your changes
From the login page:
  1. Click on “Forgot your password”
  2. Enter your email address. You, then, will receive an email with your new password.
If you’re not signed in:
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column.
  3. Edit the information that you wish to change and click on submit.
If you’re already signed in, then:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Click on “My Account”.
  3. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column.
  4. Edit the information that you wish to change and click on submit.
CR Number and Store Name cannot be changed. If you wish to change your CR Number or your Store Name, you may contact us on support@klickmall.com

Section 02:Subscription

Businesses selling services can upgrade their stores from FREE package to PREMUIM Package from the Account Dashboard. “Products” businesses are not eligible for such upgrade.
After selecting “Upgrade my package”, you need to purchase the new package and it will automatically be activated for you.
If you upgraded your service package to Premium, you will be able to benefit from various features such as: enabling location maps, providing full description about the service and uploading pictures featuring your service.
You will be charged for your subscription and upgrade after you purchase your selected package. Full amount should be paid prior to the activation.
Section 03:Listing
  1. Log in to your Service store.
  2. Click on “My Klickmall” on the top right side of the home page, then select “My Account”, then select “My Service” on the left side of the page. “My Services” page will be opened.
  3. Fill out the fields and click “Save”.

Buyer Questions

Section 01:Registration & Account Information
A buyer is eligible to create an account at Klickmall, if:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Select “Register” as Customer.
  3. Fill out the form.
  4. Submit your information and start shopping at Klickmall.
In order to login to your account at Klickmall, you need to:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Select “Register” as Customer.
  3. Select “Login” as Customer.
  4. Type your email address and password.
If you’re not signed in:
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column.
  3. Write your new password.
  4. Save your changes.
If you’re already signed in, then:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Click on “My Account”.
  3. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column of the page.
  4. Check the “Change Password” option.
  5. Write your old password then your new password.
  6. Save your changes.
From the login page:
  1. Click on “Forgot your password”.

  3. If you select “Email” option then you will receive an email with a link to reset your old password.
  4. Click on the link. Type in the desired new password.
  5. Click on “Reset a Password”.

  2. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column.
  3. Click on “Edit my information”.
  4. Edit the information that you wish to change and click on submit.
If you’re already signed in, then:
  1. Click on “My Klickmall” at the top right corner of the home page.
  2. Click on “My Account”.
  3. Click on “Account Information” at the left side column.
  4. Click on “Edit my information”.
  5. Edit the information that you wish to change and click on submit.

Section 02:Placing Orders
  1. Find the product that you wish to buy and click on it.
  2. Select your preferences; e.g. colour, size, quantity,etc.
  3. Click on “Add to Cart”. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
  4. Click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right corner of the page to view the items your selected.
After adding a product in the shopping cart:
  1. Click on the shopping cart at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click on “Remove item”.
  1. Find the product that you wish to buy and click on it.
  2. Select your preferences; e.g. colour, size, quantity,etc.
  3. Click on “Add to Cart”. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
  4. Click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right corner of the page to view the items your selected.
  5. Click on “Checkout”. The “Quick Checkout” page will be opened.
  6. In the “Quick Checkout” page, verify your shipping information.
  7. In the “Quick Checkout” page, select your preferred payment method from the “Payment Information” box on the right side of the page.
  8. Review all the details.
  9. Accept the “Terms and Conditions” then click the “Place Order” button.
  10. If the payment method selected was “Cash on Delivery”, then you’ll get a message confirming your purchase, with the order number.
  11. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the payment page to finalize the purchase request.
  12. Once the payment has been made, you’ll get a message confirming your purchase, with the order number.

  2. Scroll down to the “Reviews” section.
  3. Click on “Add Review”. Note that you must be logged in to leave a review.
  4. Write your review and click on “Submit”.
  5. Wait for approval from Klickmall. If your review was approved, it will directly appear in the reviews section.
You can only refund or return your product if it were damaged. This process is a manual process between you and seller. You should contact the seller directly to initiate the process of claiming refunds after three (3) days of receiving the product. However, if the product was not damaged, then it’s up to the seller to agree and approve your request. Klickmall bears no responsibility for exchanging undamaged items
Section 03:Payments
Your payments are being processed by a national payment gateway of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The available payment channels are Credimax and Benefit. As stated by Benefit on their official website, the financial transactions are handled with secure protection and integrity. The following is from Benefit official website: “Benefit’s Gateway checks for validity, encrypts transaction details, ensures they are sent to the correct destination and then decrypts the responses which are sent back to the shopping cart / billing / account system. It is integrated with a variety of shopping cart software, databases, Internet merchant accounts and protocol exchange servers. Further on, it is also certified by VISA and MasterCard for the electronic commerce transactions via the Internet, by mandating all their rules and protocols as per VbV (3D Secure) protocol of VISA and SecureCode protocol of MasterCard.”
  1. Find the product that you wish to buy and click on it.

  3. Click on “Add to Cart”. The item will be added to your shopping cart.
  4. Click on the “Shopping Cart” at the top right corner of the page to view the items your selected.
  5. Click on “Checkout”. The “Quick Checkout” page will be opened.
  6. In the “Quick Checkout” page, verify your shipping information.
  7. In the “Quick Checkout” page, select your preferred payment method from the “Payment Information” box on the right side of the page.
  8. Review all the details.
  9. Accept the “Terms and Conditions” then click the “Place Order” button.
  10. If the payment method selected was “Cash on Delivery”, then you’ll get a message confirming your purchase, with the order number.
  11. Otherwise, follow the instructions in the payment page to finalize the purchase request.
  12. Once the payment has been made, you’ll get a message confirming your purchase, with the order number.
Currently, you can pay using credit card, debit card or use cash on delivery.
When placing your order, select the credimax option and you will be directed to a secure payment page. Then simply follow the on-screen instructions.

Section 04:Feedback
After ordering from a seller, an email will be sent to you with a link to review your experience with the seller.
  1. Click on the link in the email to view the Review page.
  2. Write your review and click on “Submit”.
  3. Wait for approval from Klickmall. If your review was approved, it will directly appear in the reviews section.

Section 05:Refunds & Disputes
You should contact the seller directly through "send message" feature to initiate the process of claiming refunds within 3 days of receiving the product. You can only refund or return your product if it was damaged. Klickmall highly recommends that you go through the Seller’s Return Policy thoroughly by visiting seller’s profile page.
You will receive your order based on the number of shipping days stated by the seller in the product details page.
You should contact the seller directly to inquire about the order. If you did not reach a reasonable resolution, in which you used and consumed all necessary and relevant means of communication, then, you shall submit a complaint form directly to Klickmall. Klickmall will start communicating with the seller.
You shall continue to communicate with the seller in good faith to conclude the process. If you did not reach a reasonable resolution, in which you used and consumed all necessary and relevant means of communication, then, after 7 working days, you shall submit a complaint form to Klickmall. Klickmall will start communicating with the seller. If the seller continues to refuse the refund claim, for unjustified reasons, then Klickmall will return the product’s amount to the buyer.
